9:15 – 10:55: Child-Initiated Learning & Outdoor Play
Children choose activities based on their interests. Activities may include:
Mathematical exploration: sorting, counting, measuring, and problem-solving games.
Creative and imaginative play: role-play, building, and storytelling.
Fine motor development: arts and crafts, construction, or manipulative toys.
Outdoor play: running, climbing, balancing, ball games, and nature exploration to develop gross motor skills and coordination.
Snack available as needed.
10:55 – 11:00: Tidy-Up Time
Children help organise materials and clean up play areas.
Learning focus: responsibility, sequencing, and teamwork.
11:00 – 11:20: Singing / Funky Fingers / Squiggle Whilst You Wiggle
Activities designed to strengthen fine motor skills, coordination, and early writing readiness through finger exercises, movement, and music.
11:20 – 11:40: Story Time & Book Changing
Staff read stories to encourage listening, comprehension, imagination, and literacy.
Children change their personal books to promote independent reading habits.
11:45: Morning Collection
Morning session children are collected.
11:45 – 12:30: Lunch & Preparation for Afternoon
Children eat together, practising self-care skills and social interaction.
12:30 – 1:00: Arrival & Group Time

1:00 – 2:45: Child-Initiated Learning & Outdoor Play
Children engage in self-chosen activities:

Imaginative play: role-playing, storytelling, construction, and creative arts.
Gross motor development: climbing, balancing, running, ball games, and obstacle courses outdoors (available until 2:30).
Fine motor development: Funky Fingers-style activities, drawing, building, and crafting.
Snack available to support energy and focus.
2:45 – 2:55: Tidy-Up Time
Children help clean and organise materials, learning responsibility and sequencing.
Full-day children collected at this time.

Activities to consolidate fine motor skills, rhythm, and coordination.
3:10 – 3:25:Story Time & Book Changing

3:30: Afternoon Collection
Children are collected by parents.
